About Offplan.tv

Offplan.tv tracks how far along every off-plan project in Dubai really is, using the official figures the Dubai Land Department publishes, and counts down to each project's planned completion date, or up from it once it has passed.

When you buy off-plan, you pay in installments while the building goes up, and you want to know whether it is on schedule. Developers send their own progress updates; the Dubai Land Department inspects projects and publishes its own figure. The two can differ. Offplan.tv shows the official one, with its date, for every registered project, whoever the developer is.

Who runs it

Offplan.tv is run by the team behind Homes.me, an off-plan property platform that earns a commission when a buyer purchases through it. To keep Offplan.tv useful to everyone, it lists every registered project, including ones Homes.me does not sell, reports delays as the register shows them, and has no forms. Where Homes.me lists a project, its page links there.
