Where the figures come from

Every figure on Offplan.tv comes from the Dubai Land Department's open data on data.dubai, Dubai's official data portal, read every day.

Progress and dates

The project register (DLD's "Projects" dataset) gives each project's status, completion percentage, construction start, planned completion date, completion date, developer, escrow bank and number of units. Offplan.tv shows the percentage exactly as published. The register was last read Nov 7, 2026; data.dubai itself refreshes it every few days.

The register does not carry inspection dates or photos. The Dubai Land Department's project status service shows them for each project, searched by name or project number.

History

The register only holds today's values, so Offplan.tv keeps each value from the day it first sees it. That history starts on Oct 29, 2026: before then, data.dubai served an older copy of the register.

Sales

Off-plan sales come from DLD's transactions dataset: sales registered as "Off-Plan Properties" against the project's number. Sales registered through Nov 5, 2026.

Names

Project and company names are DLD's English names, with names written wholly in capitals put in ordinary capitalization and company suffixes such as "L.L.C" left off. Projects the register names only in Arabic are not listed yet.

Launch dates

Launch and EOI dates come from Homes.me's launch clock, where each date names its source. A date no developer has confirmed is marked "Best guess".
